If you ordered directly from our website, you can always check the current status of your orders and shipments by logging into your account and selecting My Orders. We also send you a confirmation email after you place your order, which should include information about the expected ship date(s) for your items. You’ll receive another email from us when your order ships.
At Montana Dog Food Co., we always provide free standard shipping on orders over $49.00 or more. We simply charge a flat rate of $12.00 for any order under $49.00. Please note that our products can only be shipped to the lower 48 states – not to Alaska, Hawaii or Canada at this time.
Depending on your location, your order will generally arrive within 3 to 5 days. Please allow extra time if you order on a weekend or during the holidays. If you need your order delivered sooner, please select that option at checkout.
Orders placed by 1 pm EST Monday – Friday, pending credit card authorization, will be shipped the following business day. Orders placed after 1 pm EST Monday – Friday will be shipped within two business days.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
If you aren’t 100% satisfied with your purchase from Montana Dog Food Co., you can return any item for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Please note that refunds are only accepted for products that have been purchased from this site. If you purchased these products through a third party (Amazon, Independent Retailer, etc.), please get in touch with them directly.
Before you return your order, please contact us first to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization form. Email email@example.com or call 800-551-0540 weekdays between 9 AM and 5 PM MT. Send this form along with the item(s) you purchased to:
