Yes. All our recipes are formulated to meet the nutritional needs of dogs of any age, lifestyle or breed. Feeding instructions for puppies, pregnant or nursing dogs can be found on every bag and on this site.

Absolutely. Dogs’ digestive systems are designed to rapidly absorb the nutrients from raw animal protein, because that’s what their ancestors mostly ate in the wild. To ensure the food and treats we produce meet the highest nutritional and safety standards, we rigorously test every batch of product before it is released from our production facility.

According to the American Kennel Club, raw food advocates believe dogs consuming these diets have shinier coats, healthier skin, improved dental health, increased energy, and smaller stools.

Yes. Every one of our formulas is veterinarian or PhD nutritionist reviewed and prepared at an FDA-registered facility in the United States by a NASC-approved manufacturer. Incoming ingredients are rigorously tested for purity, and all the nutritional statements on our labels are tested by a third-party lab.

  1. Log into your account and go to SUBSCRIPTIONS.
  2. Click the name of a product to view that subscription info page.
  3. Select PAUSE to discontinue delivery for 30 days. 
  4. Go back to the Subscriptions page and repeat these steps for every product you want to pause.
  5. Later on, you can change your order back to the original plan.

  2. Click the name of a product to view that subscription info page.
  3. Select CANCEL.
  4. For every product you wish to cancel, go back to the Subscriptions page and repeat these steps. 

If you change your mind later, go to the Shopping page and pick the products you want, selecting SUBSCRIBE & SAVE. These products will once again be delivered every month to your door.

  1. Log into your account and go to SUBSCRIPTIONS.
  2. Click the name of a product you wish to cancel to view that subscription info page.
  3. Select CANCEL.
  4. Go to the Shopping page and pick the new products you want, selecting SUBSCRIBE & SAVE.
  5. Proceed to Checkout and select PLACE ORDER. These products will be added to your monthly delivery plan.
  1. Log into your account and go to PAYMENT METHODS.
  2. Select DELETE for the card you wish to edit.
  3. Select ADD PAYMENT METHOD and enter new information about your preferred credit card.

Yes. You will receive an email notification a month in advance so you can update the information about your card.
